Before You Go
We are so excited to have you join us in DALLAS for the Hexagon LIVE Make Data Make Sense Series event! Before you go, we want to provide some information to help you plan for a successful conference experience. Here are some key items to take advantage of or keep in mind that will help make things easy, convenient and optimized for you at Hexagon LIVE. General Event Information
Event Location: Please note that conference activities will take place in the Vineyard Tower on the Gaylord property and not in the Gaylord Texan Conference Center. You will see Hexagon signage in the hotel lobby and the Vineyard Tower entrance.
Event Wi-Fi Information: The network name is Gaylord_Resort. No password required.
Event Dress Code: Business Casual. The conference rooms are all air conditioned so please bring a light jacket if desired. Also, since we’re hosting this year’s regional event in Texas, feel free to wear your favorite pair of cowboy boots and hat, if you wish!
Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be located in The Zone on Level 2 of the Vineyard Tower. See the agenda tab for specific times.
Parking Onsite: If you are driving to the event, we recommend parking in the Vineyard Tower parking lot since this will be closest to the hotel and the conference activities Parking is free of charge for the first 30 minutes. After that, fees will apply as noted below. On-site parking fee: $25 daily, plus tax, per day. Valet parking fee: $45 USD daily, plus tax, per day. Hotel App: In addition to the Hexagon Event App, the Gaylord Hotels App grants access to information, such as an interactive map of the property, hotel amenities and contact details of the hotel staff for questions.
Event Registration / Information Desk Hours: Please bring a valid Photo I.D. to pick up your badge at registration. We ask that you wear your conference badge to all event activities.

Tuesday, June 18: 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 19: 7:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, June 20: 6:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Agenda Highlights
Last-Minute Session Registrations: Before you go, update your registration to ensure you’ve signed up for our additional sessions and networking activities, such as Technical User Forums (TUFs), HxGN AdvantX Consulting Sessions, Dinner at the Glass Cactus and our Women’s Networking Breakfast. View the how-to instructions here.
Technical User Forums (TUFs): For attendees registered for TUFs, please plan to arrive at your session five to ten minutes early for check in at the room entrance (after registering and receiving your event badge at the main conference check-in desk on the second floor of the Vineyard Tower). For room assignments, please visit the agenda tab online or via the mobile app.
All TUF attendees will be asked to check-in prior entering the room. This will ensure you receive presentation materials post-conference. Hexagon staff will be ready to assist as you check-in. The process will involve scanning a QR code and filling out a short two-question form.
Breakfast and lunch on this day will be in The Zone on Level 2 of Vineyard Tower.
The ZONE: The Zone will be located in Tate B Ballroom on Level 2 of the Vineyard Tower. The Zone will be open all day throughout the conference with a few exceptions. Visit the Zone tab online or via the mobile app for more information.
HxGN AdvantX Consulting Sessions: For attendees who signed up and received a designated time confirming their session, please ensure you arrive five to ten minutes early ahead of your meeting time on the first floor of the Vineyard Tower under the main staircase.

Customer Video Interviews, Event Videography and Photography: For customers who would like to sit down with our video team and provide us with your unique customer journey on the road to digital transformation using Hexagon solutions, please contact Erika.Graces@Hexagon.com and Jody.Elliott@Hexagon.com for potential opportunities to book a timeslot that suits your schedule at the event. Please note, we will have cameras onsite taking video and photographs of the entire event. If you prefer to not be on video or in still images, please let the videographer and photographers know that at the conference.
Hexagon Advocacy Program: Don’t miss the chance to stop by the Hexagon Advocacy Program booth on the second floor of the Vineyard Tower, near the Registration desks. This Program enables you to share your experiences and showcase your achievements along your digital transformation journey. Post Event Content and Survey: After the event, we will provide information to shareable presentations and content to all registered attendees.
